FilterScript
- Added winfunc() function to support various Window functions.
- Added refspectrum() function to support comparisons of two spectra. This is especially useful for developers working with analog TFs using the Bilinear method.
- Bilinear() and mztrans() now display a reference magnitude spectrum by default. Use the ShowH2DM keyword to automatically display the spectrum.
