18 November 2011 – ASN Digital Filter Designer unveiled

Backed up by many years of successful algorithm development, hi-tech design consultancy, Advanced Solutions Nederland today announced the release of the 'ASN filter Designer'. The ASN filter designer provides development engineers with an intuitive digital filter design GUI with interactive help functionality, allowing the designer to get on with designing and analyzing their design, rather than having to read a lengthy user's guide or having to be an expert in digital filter design. The GUI supports both IIR (infinite impulse response) and FIR (finite impulse response) type filters, quantization analysis and incorporates an advanced frequency zooming data analysis feature, allowing for detailed frequency analysis at hundreds of MHz.

A Lite version is available free of charge in order to cater for the hobbyist/student market.
